Play in the Day

We are the Darlington County Humane Society dog exercising team! This team is imperative to the rescue and adoption success of our shelter. 

We are dog lovers with dedication to bringing out our Shelter and Bridge dogs out to play and exercise. With this team, we retrieve our dogs from their kennels to stretch their legs, evaluate for information, and play with each other. This volunteer program is the heartbeat of moving dogs into adoptive homes, rescue, and foster. We are solely dependent on volunteers and we need more, now, than we have in many years.
